Many of the young women in these communities have the primary responsibility for their family budget. However many have never been given any skills and training in financial literacy.
The project will look to assist over 500 youth to improve their financial decision making skills as well as to improve the self confidence of these youth.

Youth will become leaders and encourage their peers to do so as well. Skills obtained during the workshops will not only affect the individual, but its effects will be felt throughout the whole community. (Friends, Family, Associates)
Youth will be brought together by a common bond to make improvements to the economic climate of their community.
